Right now, I have several notebooks going at once. Three of them (at least) contain parts of the new WIP. Notes, lines, quotes, ideas, paragraphs. Quite the jumble. Of course I know what this means. It is time to start typing again before things get lost.
Other stuff in the notebooks: random morning pages, ideas and thoughts about A New Earth and The Law of Attraction, and a recipe for Friendly Rum Punch that a St. Pete bartender was kind enough to share with me after a day at the beach. Well, she told me the ingredients, not the amounts, so I’ll have to experiment. I’m at the stage of the book where the cocktail, or anything else happening in my life, might show up. I never know at the beginning stages, which is one of the the things I love about new projects.
BTW, the punch has Malibu rum, pineapple and orange juice, and grenadine. Yum!
