I had a birthday! A big one 🙂 Was very fun, except no chocolate cake. We went to a tribute concert. This is something we’ve done for a long time. We saw some great Led Zepplin tribute bands back in our 40s and 50s. We also saw original members Plant and Page in there. Al and I saw a lot of shows, one of our favorite things to do. My favorites were Pretenders, Heart, and … I forget the third band.
Yes the forgetting is still there. Al and I are convinced it is a vitamin deficiency. Just a couple of days until they trap my brain in a cage and take photos of it. Then soon after we hopefully get the happy news. I’m still writing, working on the third book in my trilogy “Jane in St Pete”. The last book in this series is slow coming. Everyone who has ever featured in one of the early books wants to come back and say hi. I am going to write everything, every voice and then my writing friends will help me edit. Then I’ll send it to my actual editor. I don’t have a deadline for this one. Unless I forgot it…
My project is to have a few free books on the website. The short story that goes with this book cover. My favorite book cover. I had the story on here and I cannot remember what happened to it. Also I have a book called Sweet Melissa I also want to make free. It’s a sequel. And the first book is called Gypsy. I want to have those two books and the short story with characters from the Jane trilogy all free. Here. They have to do with what I think happens to me when I leave this realm. As in die.
It might take a while as I need to finish the final Jane book. I’m really loving writing it. <3
